Is anyone else having these issues on eBay?
When typing into chat text boxes, feedback text boxes, etc, the web site overwrites what I am typing with what was there up to 2 key-presses earlier, removing random etters from what I type. Whatever processing the JS is doing when I press a key is so inefficient that it overlaps with the next keypress.
I then have to go back and either re-enter or add characters, but another side-effect is that the caret (text cursor) gets placed at that end of the block of text, meaning any alterations appear half in line, and half at the end, whereupon I have to write that., too.
It's utterly pathetic and is a solution only a child, an idiot or a fool would do.
I have issues with not being able to sort results properly. Not sure what the cause is, but the prices are in a random order even when specifically choosing to order the results by price.
I can't attach an image as eBay's upload controls are from the 90s and won't allow modern image files *bleep*, absolute wastes.
The last auction I tried to bid on ended almost 1 minute after I was unable to bid as eBay had removed the bidding controls.
I have even uploaded video evidence of the previous bugs, but eBay doens't care about functionality. only income.
I bet if there was a hiccup in their revenue collection, they would invest enough time and man power to fix it.
This is what it means to live under a technofeudalist regime - The cabal at the top gets the cream and everybody else around them gets *bleep*.
Pathetic.
eBay is becoming a likely target for angry hackers.

Mentor10 months agoI doubt it's eBay's web site that's causing this. More likely a probem with your PC or connected device.
I had something similar a few weeks age on a Windows PC. I Googled it using Googles AI and a remedy came up straight away. It worked - but I can't remember now what it was! Why not give it a try for yourself?

Mentor10 months agoUsing a PC/Laptop --- suggest disabling any VPN and word processing (eg. Grammarly) downloads --- might make a difference ??.
