Is account setup correct?
Hi All
I have just won an item and then gone to pay for it and it then says the seller doesn't post to my location,have contacted seller and they said that it came up as i chose to collect(which i did'nt).
Seller has global shipping so no reason to not post. Is there something i may have wrong in my settings or is there a way to resolve this.

Mentor11 months agoIt's a known intermittent bug. Delivery address must not exceed 39 characters including spaces on any line. Even if your address doesn't exceed that try moving just the road name to the second line and saving as a "new address".
