Hi purchased iPod 7 generation 256gb on 1 sept listed as factory sealed new from china when I tried to sync it to my computer it says it’s already assigned to a computer and can’t be used contacted the seller who sent two downloads he said were for safety? Microsoft says don’t download what can I do if anything?
