Iphone Locked need help! Corporate Iphone?

Hi guys,

I bought an iPhone around 2 months ago from Ebay. Today when i tried to reset it, it shows the phone is owned by BT (shows the remote management page that cannot be bypassed).

What is the best course of action here? Will eBay help the buyers in this instance or state because the 30day window is gone, they cannot do anything?

Do let me know as this is stressing me out.

eBay won't help after 30 days. Contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback. If you used your credit card you can try a Section 75 claim:
