iPhone advertised as New
There are numerous adverts for iPhones that say phone is “New but not in original packaging” and also suppliers do not guarantee that battery is 100%. Then when you receive the phone you find that the phone has been recharged numerous times. Is this not misleading buyers. How is it possible for the phone to be new if battery is not 100% and phone has been recharged numerous times. Shouldn’t sellers expected to be more accurate in their advertising ?

Mentor10 months agoSellers should not be misleading buyers, but ebay provides the money back guarantee as protection so they shouldn't get away with it.
