iPhone 16 pro
11of October I purchased the iPhone , I’ve checked the mobile if is working and wrapped it because that was a Christmas gift for my son , on the 25 of December my son unwrapped the mobile and he realised is a pixel dot under the screen . 3rd of January we went to Apple Store to replace it because it was under the warranty like seller mentioned on the description, but in Apple Store they told as the mobile is not under the warranty because the previous owner replaced the display on his own insurance. The cost of the new display is £350 . We ask the seller about refund but he refused . He lies on his description warranty doesn’t exist and mobile is with defect. How i can get my money back . I have a report from Apple Store about issues and confirmed there is not warranty . Who can help me ???

Mentor7 months agoYou're past eBay's 30 day money back guarantee, and PayPal's 30 day Buyer Protection.
If you paid with a debit or credit card you're still in time to issue a not as described chargeback, having that report from Apple will make it easy to get a full refund.
