Invoice after refund
I recently provided a refund after being advised the item was faulty. The buyer has now contacted to advise it was the charger not the item itself, so is happy to pay the item fee minus the new charger fee. How can I raise an invoice for the monies to be paid?

MentorJul 16, 2026 at 1:48 PMYou can't do that on ebay. The buyer could use Paypal. As long as ebay don't block your messages containing contact details (as they often do priior to payment) you'll need to send them the email address you use with Paypal.
