We bought 9 tickets for Chessington world of adventures and got invalid tickets and seller closed his account please advise

Mentor2 months agoHow long ago did you purchase them?
If less than 120 days and you funded the payment with a debit/credit card or Apple Pay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback via your card provider. You will need some kind of confirmation from Chessington that the tickets weren't valid.

Mentor2 months agoA seller cannot close their account if there are recent transactions, but eBay can remove a seller from their site, if they breach a selling regulation , which they have , selling tickets on their site. eBay had a sistership Stub Hub ( think they sold it? 🤔 ) that's where one should buy such tickets.
Back to you're issue, you need to discuss this refund with eBay Customer Services.
Contact eBay Customer Services it's not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
