Invalid address/ missing details
Hi, I have sold an item but when I try to purchase the prepaid postage I get the above message. I have sent the buyer 2 messages requesting more details ( through ebay) but have had no reply & time is running out. I can't find anywhere to ask ebay to help. If I miss the 'post by' date the buyer could cancel and I end up with negative feedback for not sending the item.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you cannot find an accurate address and the buyer is not replying, you need to send them a polite message that time is running out before you receive late dispatch marks, and are left with unfortunately cancelling the sale , which will fully refund them.
Cancel the sale selecting ' Problem with Buyer's Address', this will not affect your selling performance.
