International shipping not authorised but offer still received

Hi, I did not accept international shipment in my listing, but I still received an offer from Hungary. While I was happy to pay for UK postage, I don’t want the postage to Hungary to be more expensive than the item itself. Please advise. Thanks

You have not blocked overseas buyers, so even though you do not quote shipping cost, that does not prevent overseas buyers or offers. What it does however is if they are able to bid / buy they cannot pay.
