International shipping enabled by US Seller, but not available to Buyer from abroad (UK)

Question

I’m based in the UK and I’m interested in bidding on an item in the US. Seller has informed me that he has enabled International shipping, but when I try to submit a bit or an offer, I received the Page notifying that International shipping is not available for this item. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the item? It could be that its prohibitied within the UK hence the flag and warning?
