International selling being blocked
I have a potential buyer in Singapore who would really like to buy one of my items (some jeans), but they're getting a message stating that I don't sell/ship to Singapore. This is not (intentionally) true, unless I'm missing something, as all my preferences, settings etc., as far as I'm aware, allow international shipping and Singapore as a destination. Ebay chatbot is no help whatsoever but does anybody here have any ideas please?
