International buyers with simple delivery - unable to invoice international buyer
I am a private seller and most of my sales are to overseas collectors of what I sell - the market in the UK is very small. Last week, I now have to use simple delivery (I cant opt out as previously). Many buyers buy multiple items, and I used to issue an invoice based on the packing and weight of the parcel. Recently, overseas buyers have been asked to pay postage on each item, and I cannot change this, as I am unable to send an invoice ass it says that I cannot invoice where an item is subject to managed delivery. My understanding is that simple delivery is only applicable to UK delivery, but I not able to send invoices to overseas buyers. So I guess that this is the end for me on eBay, I cant sell with the current final value fees as they, and was only attracted back to eBay when they make selling "free" for UK private sellers. Buyers were already drafting away due the additional fees buyers must pay, and now this will kill it off completely. I have failed to make contact with anyone at eBay that can help. This is my last hope. Any suggestions ?

If so and you have direct overseas postage on your listings you should be able send a combined invoice. The alternative would be to ask buyers to let you know before they buy if they want want than one then you can relist with all the items they want on one listing with one postage.
