Intellectual Property Rights confusion.
Summary: still504 shared an issue regarding their photos of a rock band being blocked on eBay for 'Intellectual Property Rights' infringement, despite them being personally taken in 1977. They argue the images should be their intellectual property since no commission was involved. They are puzzled by this decision as other similar photos remain listed on the platform.
I've had an item I listed blocked by ebay and the reason given was ' Intellectual Property Rights' Infringement. Specifically, they are photographs of a rock band in concert which I took myself back in 1977, as a member of the audience. I would argue that surely the images remain MY intellectual property and not that of the complainant! i.e, I was not under commission to take the photos so they are my copyright. And, confusingly, there are currently over 150 other photographs of the same artist in concert listed for sale on ebay - which seem to be allowed to continue being offered for sale. Anyone any ideas?

The only advice is not to risk listing again as it may result in an account suspension.
