INR Customer support and what to do

I have been getting hammered with INR the past couple of weeks .I typically send 2nd class so no
tracking and 2nd class large with delivery conformation.
But i think most are genuine ,So to resolve it i have been re sending the item with tracking at my own expenses . The problem I'm now having is affecting my seller rating because of late deliveries . I rang customer care this week and had some removed after i explained the situation to the agent the agent told me they can only work on five a day for the same account so call back and they will help again,
So that's what i did only 2nd time to be told by the agent that they will not remove the late defects because it was posted late. I explained the situation and still they said they will not remove it as it shows it was posted late. So Should i even bother to send items again at my own expense or should i just refund and be done with it.Any one got a suggestion

Mentor1 week agoUnless you can prove delivery, you always have to refund buyers if they open item not received case.
To preserve ebay reputation, may be better to use tracked postage.

System is automated, so they only look at original item posted.
Even if refund buyers, you still get late delivery defects.
As I suggested, if you don't want to pay higher fees due to defects, send by tracked postage and upload info to ebay.
