Inpost item stolen. Locker was empty
My item wasn't present in the locker. Just an empty packet. As I've opened the locker, eBay thinks I have the item. I cannot see how to raise this as an issue with eBay. I've notified Inpost and the seller.

Mentor2 months agoYou're saying "clicking" so that doesn't sound like you're using your phone. The options don't show up on a PC or laptop.

OP2 months agoI can't get past the AI giving me irrelevant issues that don't match the issue. Trying to find a phone number to no avail.

Mentor2 months agoAre you looking at the link on your smartphone? You should get the options to ring ebay or have them ring you.
If you do need to enter an issue put in whatever gets you through. It doesn't have to get exactly correct

Mentor2 months agoYou need to open a case for 'item not as described', i.e a returns case, not one for item not received.
