My 1st time using InPost and the buyer failed to collect their parcel on time so it is now on it's way back to me which is fine but how do I issue a refund, also, the buyer has left positive feedback ?

·7 months agoIf it is the feedback for the bedding set, that is automatic feedback left by Ebay rather than your buyer.
Regarding the refund, just wait until you get the item back, then you can refund from 'orders' by clicking on 'view order details' and choosing 'send refund'.

Mentor7 months agoProbably mistake by buyer, the good thing is cannot change it, some buyers who fsil to pick up blame the seller.
When received back, just cancel the sale which generates a refund, use reason problem with address.
I doubt buyer would want to pay postage again, so also add to your blocked buyers list. Time wasting and money wasting buyers are not needed.
