Incorret item recieved then returned. but correct item has still not been recievd

Hi I was sent the wrong item, the seller required to return it and provide proof of postage, which I did, and I have not recieved the coerrect item yet.How do i proced to get the item or money back.

Correct way is to open item not as described case, seller provides returns label,

you return for full refund.

Then buy correct item.

If you tried to sort with seller yourself, can lead to issues like you have now & ebay won't help.
