Incorrect simple delivery price showing on listing.
I sell the same type of items, same weight range, large letter, on all listings and I use simple delivery and until recently it was OK but now when I view the preview it is showing the correct postage for a large letter but when I list it is showing the price of a small parcel. I've tried cancelling and relisting but it happens every time. Any help appreciated.

Mentor1 month agoOut of curiosity, I tried to see your listings to see if I could come up with an explanation, but although you have feedback for recent sales, I cannot see any active listings or recent sales.

OP1 month agoI've cancelled them all. Until I can get this sorted out I can't risk bad feed back because of overcharging for postage. I'm just looking into Etsy. All Ebay does is come up with a chat with AI.
