Incorrect postage labels from e bay
Hi e bay have generated incorrect postage labels for three of my items with are over 61cm and need parcel force
How do I change this please

Mentor1 month agoYou can't, it's vital to get the postage price and method correct when setting up a listing because this is what your label will be based on.
All you can do is to pay to send the item out yourself, your buyer will receive a refund for the original postage label.

Ok I’m new to the postage thing one bay and didn’t realise that !!🤦
I can’t afford to be out of pocket by over £20 so I will have to just re list the items
Do you know if I can do that ?

Mentor1 month agoOnly if your buyers agree, else they're in a position to leave negative feedback and report you for not intending to complete a sale.
You can certainly contact them and let them know that you made an error with the postage, and ask if they'll agree to cancel and for you to relist with correct postage price and method. I wouldn't expect this to be well received though, to be honest.
