Incorrect postage
My postage preferences are only showing as Royal Mail and Inpost. I therefore presumed the bar code generated by eBay would be for Royal Mail or Inpost when I clicked on “buy postage “ but it was a Yodel label and I can’t get to a shop that does Yodel. I have ended up paying again to send it Royal Mail. Can I dispute this with eBay as I feel my selected preferences were ignored and it’s cost me. Thanks.
