Incorrect payment
I sold an item which was listed on simple delivery but somehow it defaulted to Evri even though my choice is RM only. EBay would only give me an Evri label. I didn’t select it I just bought a label from RM and posted. The problem is EBAY have still kept the postage. I have tried the automated Bot but it’s useless. Help please.

Mentor11 months agoIf you had free postage on the listing you need to claim a refund with your tracking number here https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller within 14 days of sale
If you had buyer pays postage then they get refunded for the unused label in around 30 days and you cannot get a refund
