Incorrect label printed
Hi gang - I've printed a Royal Mail tracked label to post to a buyer and my parcel is bigger than the 46cm required. How do I print a new label at the correct size, please? The 'help' pages have sent me round in circles without getting anywhere. Thank you!

·10 months agoYou could take your parcel to the Post Office and pay over the counter to send it as a medium parcel.
Otherwise, you will need to cancel the transaction and relist the item with Evri as the postage option.
