Incorrect eBay balance

My current eBay balance does not match my total funds. Why does it not get updated? The missing amount is for a sale that was done 9 days ago. The buyer received the item 2 days ago. Who do I need to talk to to have this issue resolved?

Your ebay account shows all transactions, so balance and total funds can hardly be different

I am sorry to say they are. eBay balance shows £47.20 and Total Sales / Total funds shows £197.15.
