Incorrect ebay balance
My eBay balance is incorrect, I’ve looked through all recent transactions and deductions and it still doesn’t add, so I’ve sold an item it’s paid out at £57 then it’s deducted the ad fee from another further two I sold just after the first I sold. However the amount still doesn’t add up correctly?

If all transactions are shown then like a bank statement, the balance is correct, it cannot be wrong.
The only way you cannot make it balance is if you are not identifying some items on the statement, but I doubt it is incorrect.
Are you looking at PAYMENTS all transactions, as that is what you should look at not your own records of individual sales.

Mentor6 months agoWe can only guess as we have no access to your account and transactions, but eBay Customer Services do. Contact them they will explain any fee / deduction.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
