Item (clutch slave cylinder) clearly described as ALUMINIUM, item received is PLASTIC. Complaint rejected by e-bay was appealed, no e-mail advice of findings of that appeal.

Mentor5 months agoDidn’t you open a Not as described return, using the 30 day money back guarantee? If outside the 30 days while you can open a case, you cannot win or appeal as you are too late.

Mentor5 months agoYou have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return on ebay. If it's more than 30 days but still within 120 days of payment contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
