Incorrect delivery status, funds on hold yet positive feedback received
Order still marked as not delivered (it's been "out for delivery" since August 29!) yet buyer left positive feedback. this is happening to me for the second time this year and i'm sick of it. i'm not ok with the fact that i'm doing everything i can to be a good seller yet always end up having my money on hold for months!!! couple it with the fact that there's no more customer service (there's no call option in my country), and it becomes truly intolerable. if this situation is not resolved quickly i'm deleting all my listings on eBay.
