incorrect delivery
My item had been delivered to a wrong address by parcelforce.
They have taken a photo of a delivery taken place but the photograph quite clearly shows the wrong house, the door and colour are different to mine.
What can I do, I have contacted the seller and provided a photo of my house number and door and explained its not been delivered correctly.
