Incorrect appeal outcome - can't get customer service?

Question

I've had listings removed for cosmetics policy violation. One of them was an empty perfume bottle - listed and photographed to show as empty for the purpose of being a collectable glass bottle. Under the heading collectables, not health and beauty.
I did an appeal and got the same result - a violation of cosmetics policy (it clearly says you can sell empty perfume bottles in this policy).
Does anyone know how I can connect to an agent about this?
I've tried every route through the awful AI chat.
Any help appreciated as I have many of these to list.

The sale of used perfume is not permitted on eBay, so if you listed it in the perfume category eBay will automatically have included this description at the top of the listing: "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item ......"

Your collectors' empty bottle was neither new nor unopened, so if eBay used an AI scan the listing would have been removed. As has been said, you need to list collectables as collectables.

Not sure if a Customer Agent can help, but if you do wish to contact CS, it's not easy to contact an agent but go top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring you to.... ' How Can We Help You ....' and keep typing in.... Speak to an agent.

I think you would avoid this problem using this category Collectables>Collectable Bottles & Pots>Other Bottles & Pots Mentioning perfume will just be picked by AI.
