incorrect address on postage label

hi i've sold an item using simple delivery, the buyer has told me he has a new address but the old address is still listed on the postage label. how can I enter the correct address

You can't,best to relist for buyer to purchase again and enter correct address.

If you cancel as problem with buyer address your account wont be harmed and if they have paid a refund will automatically be issued

You cannot, you will have to cancel the order, citing Problem with Buyer's address, this will fully refund them, and will not harm your seller performance. Then, relist the item

Ask the buyer to change their address details for delivery on their eBay account, if they wish to buy the item from you again, they can also change the delivery address at eBay checkout Before paying, address is on the left hand side for them to amend.

For the unused Simple Delivery it is refunded to the person paying for the postage:

If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling. Also ensure you add the replacement tracking number of the service used, and it shows delivery.
