Incorrect address
Hi, I've sold an item (my first), but Ebay gave Royal Mail an incorrect pick up address, and it seems I'm unable to book another collection at the correct address without repaying for it. I'm trying to contact Ebay to no avail. Does anyone know what the next step is, please?

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay don't give out incorrect addresses, they supply whatever address you have listed in your account for collections (I would go to your account and check the addresses there, there are 5 you need to make sure are correct).
You'll need to pay for the collection or take it to your local PO and send it out from there.

OP2 weeks agoThank you. My details are fully up-to-date on here and it's certainly an incorrect address that Royal Mail have got from someone, so who knows? But thanks again.
