I don't know, if here is the proper channel for my complaint.
I uploaded a car to sale on this platform, the car is not yet sold, no body is pricing the car and Ebey keep sending me a reminder of repayment when I've not even sold the car yet.
Urgent response needed please, because I honestly don't understand how this platform works.

Mentor6 months agoYou ended listing, it also had a reserve.
Listing and reserve fees are payable even if car does not sell.
You listed title as Skoda, but put in VW category.

Mentor6 months agoYou have to pay fees for listing vehicles on ebay even if it doesn't sell. More details here:

If you had a buyer but they did not proceed with the purchase you need to issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days. More information:
