Impossibility to talk to a real live human being/ebay agent!
Nearly TWO WEEKS of UMPTEEN attempts constantly going round & round -v- auto bot!! Finaly obtaining an agent call bk - to NOT receive call bk but a email staying they tried to call!!!
My payouts are on hold.
I am finding it frustrating/impossible
to speak to a real live human being/ebay agent!!!

I was looking into this for you, and it looks like we've tried to reach you a few times, but every time we couldn't get through (not really sure why). However, I can confirm that we did try to call you multiple times, so if you could make sure that your contact details in your account right now are correct, that'd be perfect.
If your contact details are correct, let me know and I'll flag this with them. Otherwise, you can update it to prevent this from happening again in the future.
Regarding your query, there are no funds being held in this account, and there are no recent sales either. If you are enquiring about a different account, you can ask the question from that account, and then we would be able to help, but this one looks ok. The prime reason ebay contact has failed is because regardless of my updating my mobile number = ebay continue to contact me via a out of service mobile number.
Please contact me on the UPDATED MOBILE NUMBER = ending 333.
*My account requires details of for payments to be paid into - Until I speak to an agent to arrange this I will NOT be listing any items for sell.

OPAug 13, 2026 at 4:17 PMI have more than one issue with ebay which for total reassurance I wanted to discuss with a real human being ie: EBAY AGENT.
AI bot is a waste of valuble time as it consistently sends you round & round in circles. EBay agents are calling back on a number I have advised is 'out-of-service' my account requires a ebay agents personal attention. As ebay are incompetent in providing support/assistance I will have no alternative but to delete my account -for the 2nd time due to incompetency- NEVER to give ebay my business ever again!!!

The only thing I can suggest and I know its a pain, is in the help boxes just keep typing contact agent eventually AI may have a modicule of common sense and do just that for you.
