Impossibility to talk to a real live human being/ebay agent!

Nearly TWO WEEKS of UMPTEEN attempts constantly going round & round -v- auto bot!! Finaly obtaining an agent call bk - to NOT receive call bk but a email staying they tried to call!!!My payouts are on hold.I am finding it frustrating/impossible to speak to a real live human being/ebay agent!!!

I'm not sure which method you used but try the link and instructions below, as you will need to speak to an agent who has access to your account with queries about payouts.

One thing to be aware of, as you have returned to selling after a long break, any sudden selling activity on a dormant account raising red flags to eBay as it may be a sign of the account being hijacked,

So, it is normal for eBay to then hold the first payouts until they are sure the genuine owner has returned. This may be until they see tracking has shown delivery for sold items, or a period where they are satisfied no return cases will be opened for items sold, hence the period for holding payouts can vary and can be up to 30 days, but you will get paid.

It's a very good safety measure for your account and for your buyers.

In case you still wish to speak to CS, contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
