import tax
i bought something from ebay.uk and the import tax was included in the price, now the item arrived to my country and it was retained by the customs, and i had to repay the import tax. local costums say that its not their problem the documents wernt included, so my question is, without returning the item, how can i ask ebay to refund me the importation tax
