Image "Upload failed. Try again." Tried everything

Question

I listed a few items yesterday with no issues. When I tried to continue listing items today, I started getting this error consistently.

The images format is correct. I have tested using the images from yesterday's listings just in case, they also get the same error now. I have started on Chrome, then updated Chrome, then restarted my computer, then tried Firefox, then my partner's ebay account on Firefox. Everything results in the same error.

The technical issue affecting photo uploads yesterday was reported to tech and has been resolved. If you are still impacted please refresh your browser page and attempt your upload again.

I have been contacted by someone who could not leave a comment on this post, it seems like ebay is having some technical issues right now.
And I have also noticed that image uploading does work once in a while if I just keep trying. But it takes forever, so I'll just wait until they fix it.
