I'm unable to place a bid on my laptop
I'm unable to place a bid on my laptop, when I try I get a message come up that reads 'There was a problem with an eBay internal system or process. Contact eBay developer support for assistance (2003).' I am able to place bids using my phone.
Has anybody got any ideas?

Which browser are you using? Chrome works best with eBay, clear cache and cookies, try Chrome , see if that helps.
