I'm not being allowed to withdraw money from eBay balance

I recently made a sale which went through perfectly buyer is happy left positive feedback and the money is current in my eBay balance however I am not allowed to withdraw it as eBay keeps asking for a tracking number for an order that has been completed and registered as delivered and has a tracking number which I cannot amend and when I click on the link the order does not show so I don't get how I'm mean to resolve the issue and finally be allowed to withdraw the money. It also always shows an error. Please I need help I would like to withdraw this money.

Mentor1 week agoit sounds as though you haven't used the simple delivery label supplied and provided your own if you are unable to amend the tracking details. IF this is the case funds will be released after 14 days.
