I’m having trouble purchasing a saw blade, it wants me to prove I’m 18 years or older

Every time I put in my credit card details to prove I’m over 18, it keeps saying a problem has occurred and to contact ebay customer services, but how do I do that, I need to speak with a actual real person and not a bot

Sorry, only a (single monthly payment ) Credit Card entry to confirm your age is acceptable to eBay --- nothing else will do !! --- an everyday use Debit Card will not be accepted.

I don't know why if when entering a CC you are getting that error message. We are all buyers and sellers like yourself so have no access to your account or details etc.
