Mentor8 months agoBuyers can't cancel an order, only the seller can. You can send them a cancellation request, but not all sellers will agree.
If they won't, your next step depends upon whether they're a private or a business seller, in the UK or abroad. In short, UK business sellers are required by law and by eBay to accept returns, so you may wait until the item is delivered and then pay to return it. Don't try to refuse delivery, or you will disqualify the purchase from eBay's buyer protection. Private sellers don't have to accept returns, and overseas sellers only have to if their stated returns policy is to accept returns.
