I'm getting around 1 item a week to my home address marked for the RMA department. I am not a seller
Hello,
Is there a way for Ebay to track who is using my address for returns please? I am having to refuse multiple deliveries a month, and it's a waste of the couriers time etc.
Kind regards.

Mentor4 months agoIf there's a printed return label on each package there should be a senders address.
Simply strike through your address and write in big red letters 'Not known at this address, please return to sender' and then put it back in the post box if Royal Mail. If courier then refuse the packages or stash them and hand them back to the courier each week when you see them.
When the buyers receive their items back they'll get in touch with the seller or eBay.

Mentor4 months agoHow are you sure these are eBay returns? Is there no name and address of sender on the back?
Read up about Brushing Scam, see if this applies.

Mentor4 months agoI cannot see how ebay can identify items being returned to your address. Is there no indication of who the sender is?

Mentor4 months agoIt should be possible for ebay to search for the OP's address in the return addresses of selling accounts, but whether they actually can, or will, is another matter entirely.
