Hi the buyer just told me that the tracking on evri shows that the item was damaged beyond repair in transit since it was perfectly fine when I wrapped it but I still haven’t processed a refund to him because I know that eBay simple delivery covers these types of situations what do I tell my buyer to press so he can get a refund of 60 pounds from eBay which was what he bought the item for and I get to keep the money he paid as well since the item can’t be returned to me or to him.
