Illegal knock-off
I've just been sent a cheap illegal knock-off of a Makita jigsaw.
It's with £20 at best.
How do I get my money back? Because it's a knock-off, legally I can't return it. If I don't return it, I won't get my money back!
They've used the Makita name and printed labels that they stuck on the jigsaw. They have now changed the address stating "for Makita" but the main listing details still say just "Makita". Any advice will be gratefully received as eBay, as usual, is impossible to navigate and supply automated responses only.

Just use the ebay money back guarantee.
