If large lithium batteries are now banned from being sold, why is eBay still letting some to be sold
As the title. If the sale of second hand lithium batteries and chargers are now banned. Why can I still buy a EV car and more importantly there are still listings for Tesla battery packs. You can even find listings for damaged ev's for sale, presumably for repair. Why the discrepancy, ban none or all of them.
