If I end a listing early to the highest bidder, who pays the buyers protection?

If I end a listing early to the highest bidder, who pays the buyers protection? If I go to the option to end the listing I get two options, "sell to highest bidder for xxx" or "end listing early and cancel all bids"    In the example below does the bidder still pay the buyers protection and I get £139 or do I get £139 less the buyers protection.   I also assume that the buyer pays the postage as I am on Simple Delivery and listed that the buyer pays. I have been con...
