Identity verification, no option to take photo
Hi, I am trying to confirm my identity to get payments released but when I get to the stage where it asks me to take a photo of my passport, there’s no option to press anything to take the photo. I restarted my phone but that didn’t help either. Can anyone help pls . Thanks

Mentor1 month agoeBay doesn't take the photo, you need to take a photo of your passport and then upload it to eBay.
