When they send the parcel (Royal Mail), they obtain a tracking number as proof that they shipped something. But instead of arriving to me, it arrives wherever they decide to send it.When you make a claim saying you didn’t receive the package, they show you the tracking number and then ask me to prove that I didn’t receive it. It’s crazy how can you prove you didn’t receive something?But the seller also has no proof that I received the package, other than the tracking number. And if I try to track it, I can’t, because my postcode doesn’t work with it. I called Royal Mail several times, but it was a waste of time. All you get from them are apologies saying the parcel is lost, and they advise you to contact the seller to get your money back. And as for the seller — he’s gone, he doesn’t answer anymore. eBay also closed the claim because there was a tracking number, and that’s how a completely legal scam can happen on eBay.Very disappointing and frustrating..
