I want to speak to a person
I ordered an item as a guest. It doesn't matter what I do, I get no contact from an actual agent.
I had no email confirmation, just an order number that goes nowhere.
I have tried to get ebay to step in but that also just circles around to the same robot
I gather I have been scammed
But ebay make it impossible to get any kind of answers.
How can I actually speak to a person 🤔

Mentor1 month agoYou do not need to speak to a CS agent, which I admit is not easy nowadays.

From there you will be able to select the view order details to open a case .
If you are unable to do so from that point on you will need to speak to Customer Services, they can verify that you are the person who made the purchase and assist you with opening a claim.
