I want to re open a return request as previously selected incorrect type of return but unable to now
I have just recd my order but need to replace it as wrong item ordered, I raised a return but chose for courier to return from home address, but after thought it would be better to take it to the post office, but now I am unable to raise a return as previous return is closed and unable to raise a new return. Please can someone advise what I need to do.

Mentor11 months agoYou only get one return so once closed you are stuck.
You could contact seller and explain problem. He might allow you to return but it would not be through ebay, and no way to force refund or replacement.
