Is this an electronically delivered item? In which case you have listed it in the wrong category. This then may be the issue with buyers not being able to purchase. It needs to be listed under everything else, information products. You also need to include the physical disc with the sale.

It's not a tangible item that can be collected, which is how you have listed it in order to get round the rules.
Are these accounts even transferable?
